RANGPUR, Feb 9, 2022 (BSS) – The total number of Covid-19 first dose recipient citizens rose to 1,08,92,560 with inoculation of 11,337 more citizens with the first dose of the jabs today in Rangpur division.  
 
“Among the 11,337 new first dose recipients, 2,133 were inoculated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jabs, 590 with Sinopharm Covid-19 jabs, 4,624 Pfizer Covid-19 jabs and 3,990 with Sinovac Covid-19 jabs today,” said Divisional Director (Health) Dr Abu Md Zakirul Islam at 7:55 pm.
 
The total first dose recipient 1,08,92,560 citizens include 38,48,181 people vaccinated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jabs, 51,82,519 people with Sinopharm Covid-19 jabs, 1,31,871 with Moderna Covid-19 jabs, 16,96,308 with Pfizer Covid-19 jabs and 33,681 with Sinovac Covid-19 jabs.
     
Meanwhile, the number of the second dose recipients of Covid-19 vaccine rose to 67,43,551 with inoculation of more 38,671 people with the second dose of the jabs today in the division.
 
Among the 38,671 second dose recipient citizens, 12,675 people were inoculated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jabs, 7,448 with Sinopharm Covid-19 jabs, 18,538 with Pfizer Covid-19 jabs and 10 with Moderna Covid-19 jabs in the division today.   
 
The second dose recipient 67,43,551 citizens include 16,98,836 inoculated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jabs, 46,93,449 with Sinopharm Covid-19 jabs, 1,27,237 with Moderna Covid-19 jabs and 2,23,979 with Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine.
 
Besides, the number of the booster dose recipients of Covid-19 vaccine reached 2,22,440 people with the inoculation of 6,752 more citizens with the booster dose of the jabs today in the division.
 
“The 2,22,440 booster dose recipients include 2,15,175 vaccinated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jabs and 7,235 Pfizer Covid-19 jabs,” Dr. Islam added.
