CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Feb 10, 2022 (BSS)- Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested an alleged arms peddler with two one shooter guns from Godagari upazila in Rajshahi district last night.  

The arrested was identified as Md. Azizul Haque, 20, of Kansat Bagdurgapur village under Shibganj upazila of the district.  

RAB said, acting on detective information, an operation team of the RAB-5 from Chapainawabganj camp conducted a raid in Basudevpur Sluice gate area under Godagari upazila in Rajshahi district around 10.10 pm and arrested Azizul with the firearms.

Later, the arrested person was handed over to the Godagari Thana Police with a case.
