THE HAGUE, Nov 22, 2023 (BSS/AFP) - Dutch voters headed to the polls Wednesday for one of the most unpredictable elections in recent history, with polls showing four candidates with a shot of replacing Prime Minister Mark Rutte.

Polling stations opened at 7:30 am (0630 GMT) and will close at 9:00 pm (2000 GMT), when exit polls are published. Forming a coalition to govern usually takes months.
