MOSCOW, March 28, 2024 (BSS/AFP) - Russia said Thursday the perpetrators of last week's attack at a Moscow concert hall that left more than 140 people dead had received hefty financial support from Ukraine.

The Investigative Committee, a leading law enforcement body, said it had "confirmed information that perpetrators of the terrorist act had received significant sums of money and cryptocurrency from Ukraine, which were used in the preparation of the crime."
