KYIV, Ukraine, March 31, 2024 (BSS/AFP) - Overnight Russian strikes on Ukraine's western Lviv region killed a man, its governor said on Sunday, warning more victims may be lying under the rubble.

Russian cruise missiles targeted critical infrastructure and "one man died as a result of the attack", Maksym Kozytsky wrote on Telegram, adding there "may still be people under the rubble" that rescuers were combing through.
