KYIV, Ukraine, Oct 16, 2024 (BSS/AFP) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr 
Zelensky on Wednesday said he would present his Victory Plan at an EU summit 
on Thursday, urging more Western support and an invitation to NATO.

"Tomorrow I will present the Victory Plan at a meeting of the European 
Council," Zelensky said while unveiling details of the plan to lawmakers in 
Kyiv.
