PESHAWAR, Pakistan, Nov 21, 2024 (BSS/AFP) - At least 32 people, indulging women and children, were killed in two attacks in Pakistan's northwest, officials said Thursday, the latest bout of violence in a sectarian conflict that has claimed dozens of lives in recent months.
"Two separate convoys of Shiite people... were targeted by the terrorists in the Kurram district. In both incidents, at least 32 people, including women and children, were killed, while 13 others were injured," Javed ullah Mehsud, a senior administration official, told AFP.
