ROME, Dec 9, 2024 (BSS/AFP) - Seven people were injured, two of them seriously, after a fire broke out at fuel depot run by Italian energy giant ENI in Tuscany on Monday, a local official said.
Eugenio Giani, president of the Tuscany region, said on Telegram that the flames had been contained following what he initially called an "explosion" at the plant in Calenzano but which ENI described as a "fire" confined to a loading area.
