WASHINGTON, March 8, 2025 (BSS/TASS) - US Secretary of State Marco Rubio reaffirmed Washington's commitment to ending the Ukraine conflict in a phone call with his Ukrainian counterpart Andrey Sibiga, the Department of State said in a statement.

"Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrey Sibiga on the phone today. The secretary underscored President Trump is determined to end the war as soon as possible and emphasized that all sides must take steps to secure a sustainable peace," the statement reads.
