MOSCOW, March 26, 2025 (BSS/AFP) - A Russian court Wednesday sentenced a group of Ukrainians -- including soldiers and ex-soldiers -- taken captive at the start of Moscow's offensive to prison terms of up to 23 years on terrorism and other charges.
A court in the southern city of Rostov-on-Don sentenced 23 Ukrainians -- 12 of whom are in Russian detention, while others have been exchanged -- to sentences ranging from 13 to 23 years, the RIA Novosti news agency reported.
