DHAKA, Aug 6, 2024 (BSS) - Bangladesh Army has made a reshuffle in its top posts.
Major General Ziaul Ahsan has been dismissed from the service, said an ISPR press release today.

It said Lieutenant General Md Saiful Alam has been posted to Foreign Ministry, Lieutenant General Md Mujibur Rahman has been appointed as GOC, Army Training and Doctrine Command, Lieutenant General Ahmed Tabrez Shams Chowdhury as Quartermaster General of Army, Lieutenant General Mizanur Rahman Shameem as Chief of General Staff and Lieutenant General Mohammad Shaheenul Haque as Commandant, NDC.

Major General ASM Ridwanur Rahman has been appointed as NTMC director general.
