DHAKA, Oct 17, 2024 (BSS)- The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) today issued arrest warrant against ousted prime minister Sheikh Hasina on charge of her crimes against humanity committed during the July-August mass uprising.

The three-judge tribunal led by its Chairman Md Golam Mortuza Majumdar passed the order, allowing a plea of the prosecution.

"The tribunal passed the order, asking to arrest and subsequently produce her before the court by November 18," ICT Chief Prosecutor Advocate Mohammad Tajul Islam said.
