DHAKA, Nov 28, 2024 (BSS) - Bangladesh Bank (BB) today said Authorized Dealers (ADs) are no longer required to submit monthly statements of buyer's credit.
 
"To rationalize reporting formalities, it has been decided that ADs are no longer required to submit monthly statements as per aforementioned instructions," said a BB circular issued today.
 
However, ADs shall upload related data on Enterprise Data Warehouse (Template: T_ME_M_STED) as usual manner as per the requirements of Statistics Department, Bangladesh Bank.
 
The central bank advised to bring the contents of this circular, effective immediately, to all AD bank branches and central trade processing centers for compliance.
