NATORE, Jan 27, 2023 (BSS) - State Minister for ICT Division Zunaid Ahmed Palak today said the students will build Smart Bangladesh by tackling challenges of 4th industrial revolution as Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is helping to fulfil all their dreams.
 
"Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman had termed educational expenses as investment, not spending. To fulfil the dreams of Bangabandhu, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has established a digital platform of technology-based education, hence changing Bangladesh," he said
 
 The state minister was addressing an award and reception programme of 12-day long Chalanbil Education Function-2023 in Singra, Natore.
 
Palak said around twenty lakh youths were empowered in ICT sector in last 14 years and the country is subsequently entering into the age of 4th industrial revolution.
 
"World is changing constantly through new innovations. Bangladesh too is witnessing this change. Our new dream is to build a modern, innovative and smart Bangladesh by 2041 under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Our Smart Bangladesh would be established on the basis of Smart Citizens, Smart Economy, Smart Government and Smart Society," he added.
 
Palak further said Sajeeb Wazed Joy, the Information and Communication Technology Adviser to the Prime Minister, has started works to develop the four technologies of microprocessor design, artificial intelligence, robotics and cyber security and capacity building.
 
Presided over by Singra Upazila Nirbahi Officer SM Samirul Islam, the function was also addressed by Justice Fahmida Quader and Industry Secretary Zakia Sultana, among others.
