DHAKA, June 2, 2023 (BSS) - Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Huq today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Chittagong-10 lawmaker Dr Afsarul Amin. 

Amin, former Primary and Mass Education Minister, breathed his last at a city hospital at the age of 72.

In a message of condolence, the law minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.

Valiant Freedom Fighter Dr Afsarul Amin was suffering from cancer for the last two years and passed away at Square Hospital in Dhaka around 4 pm today, his personnel assistant Didar ur Rahman Tushar told BSS.
