DHAKA, July 5, 2023 (BSS) - Deputy Attorney General of Bangladesh Supreme Court Kamal Uddin Ahmed died of old-age complications at his Chattogram residence in the early hours of today.
He was 75.
Kamal Uddin Ahmed left behind wife, two sons, a daughter and a host of relatives and well wishers to mourn his death.
In a message of condolence, Chief Justice Hasan Foez Siddique today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Kamal Uddin Ahmed.
He prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
Attorney General AM Amin Uddin also condoled the death of Kamal.
Kamal became deputy attorney general on February 26 in 2015. Earlier, he worked as a state counsel in sensational 10 Truck Arms Haul case.
