DHAKA, Aug 16, 2023 (BSS) – Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Huq today said Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman used to think about rights and independence of Bangalees’ from his childhood.

“Bangabandhu used to think about the future of the people of this country from his childhood. He taught them about their rights even before they got to know about that,” he said.

The law minister said this while addressing a function to distribute food among the children of Government Shishu Paribar at Tejgaon in the city, marking the National Mourning Day.

Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Ministry has been organizing the program since 2016 as Anisul Huq took the initiative to feed the children on a day in the month of mourning.

“The Father of the Nation used to love children very much and this affection used to come from the core of his heart. Children have to design their life keeping the memory of Bangabandhu in their mind. You have to try your best to build the Sonar Bangla dreamt by Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman,” Anisul further said.

The law minister said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina resisted the evil attempt to erase Bangabandhu from this country and utilized his ideology in the development of Bangladesh.

Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Division Secretary Md Moinul Kabir, Law and Justice Division Secretary Md Golam Sarwar and officials of Tejgaon Government Shishu Paribar addressed the function, among others.
