CHANDPUR, Aug 18, 2023 (BSS) - Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni today said there should be a cultural revolution in the country to let young generation know about the life and work of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

"Young generations must know about Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, how we attained independence under his courageous leadership and where he dreamt of taking Bangladesh," she told a discussion at Chandpur District Arts Academy Auditorium here this morning. 

Dipu Moni said the present and future generations should know how Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is working to fulfill the dreams of Bangabandhu. 

She said the new generation should learn the truth to resist all the evil forces and propaganda that have harmed the country's language and culture. 

President of Bangabandhu Recitation Parishad Chandpur district unit Mukta Piyush chaired the meeting, while its general secretary Dr Shahadat Hossain Nipu and municipal mayor Zillur Rahman Jewel, among others, spoke.
