DHAKA, Sept 5, 2023 (BSS) - The 12th death anniversary of Sayem-ur Rahman Sayem, only son of Awami League (AL) Presidium Member Jahangir Kabir Nanak, will be observed tomorrow in the city.

 
To mark the anniversary, the Sayem Memorial Foundation will organise a doa and milad mahfil at Suchana Community Centre in the city's Shyamoli area after Asr prayers, said a press release.

Besides, a special prayer will be offered at Banani graveyard for the eternal peace of the departed soul of Sayem.

Jahangir Kabir Nanak and his wife Advocate Arjuman Banu Nargis have requested all relatives, friends and admirers to attend the functions.
 
Sayam was killed in a fatal road accident in Cox's Bazar on September 6, 2011.
