DHAKA, Sept 22, 2023 (BSS) - Awami League (AL) Presidium Member Dr Mostafa Jalal Mohiuddin today called upon the party leaders and workers to remain united under the leadership of Bangabandhu's daughter Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to build a happy, prosperous and Smart Bangladesh.

"Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is working relentlessly for the country and its people but BNP-Jamaat and its followers are hatching conspiracy against the incumbent government," he told a discussion of Bangabandhu Peshajibi Parishad at Tofazzal Hossain Manik Mia Hal of Jatiya Press Club here.

Bangladesh will be developed further if the Awami League stays in power. The AL will transform the country into a Smart Bangladesh by 2041, Mostafa Jalal said.
 
If BNP-Jamaat creates an unstable situation in the name of movement in Bangladesh, action will be taken against them, he said.

With founder president of the organization Md Jahir Uddin Mobu in the chair, the function was addressed , among others, by Dhaka City South Unit of AL Member Mohaimen Boyan, Presidium Member of the organization Anwar Uddin Ahmed and its joint general secretaries Jamal Uddin Bacchu and Ohahedul Quader.
