PANCHAGARH, October, 19, 2023(BSS) - Railway Minister Nurul Islam Sujon today inaugurated two newly constructed bridges on Dara and Karatoa rivers under Debiganj upazila here.

The minister first inaugurated a bridge constructed on the Dara River by unveiling the opening plaque of the bridge as chief guest. Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) constructed the bridge at a cost of Taka 8, 20,00,000. He later inaugurated another newly constructed bridge on Koroa river under the same upazila.  

Executive Engineer of the LGED Md Mahamud Zaman, upazila chairman Abdul Malek Chistee ,UNO Md Sariful alam, upazila engineer Md Sakil, upazila Awami League president and general secretary Gias uddin Ahmed and Hasnat zaman ChowdaryJarje, Sadar UP chairman Asraful Alam Imu and large number of Awami League leaders and workers were present during the inaugural function.
