SANGSAD BHABAN, Oct 22, 2023 (BSS) - A five-member panel chairman for the

25th session of the 11th Jatiya Sangsad has been nominated on Sunday.

Speaker of the Jatiya Sangsad Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury gave the nomination
at the outset of the session as per the article 12(1) of the rules of
procedure.

The panel members are - Abdus Shahid, MP, of Moulvi Bazar-4, Direndra Devnath
Samvhu of Borguna-1, Tanvir Sakil Joy, MP, of Sirajganj-1, Kazi Feroz Rashid,
MP, of Dhaka-6 and Begum Nargis Rahman, MP, of Women seat-25.

The panel members will chair the parliament session according to the
seniority in absence of the Speaker and Deputy Speaker.
