Dhaka, October 22, 2023 (BSS) - The 25th session of the 11th Jatiya Sangsad that began today will continue till November 2

The decision was taken at the 15th meeting of the Business Advisory Committee of the House at the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban today with Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury in the chair.

 However, the Speaker can change the duration of the session, if necessary.
Committee members leader of the House and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, leader of the opposition Begum Raushan Ershad, Amir Hossain Amu, Sheikh Fazlul Karim Selim, Rashed Khan Menon, Hasanul Haq Inu, deputy speaker Md Samsul Haque Tuku, Anisul Huq, Anisul Islam Mahmud and Chief Whip Noor-E-Alam Chowdhury attended the meeting.

The meeting also decided that the House would sit at 4 pm on every working day.

The committee was informed that some 26 questions were received for the Prime Minister's answer, while 748 questions, including 722 were received for minister/state ministers.

Besides, a total of 20 important notices under section 71 of the rules of procedure were received.

Secretary of the Jatiya Sangsad KM Abdus Salam conducted the meeting.
