DHAKA, Oct 25, 2023 (BSS) - Chief Justice Obaidul Hassan today formed 52 benches at the High Court Division to hold trial from October 29, 2023.

Of the 52 benches, 21 are single-judge benches and 31 are comprised of two judges with specific judicial jurisdiction, an apex court notification signed by the chief justice said.

"I am hereby directing that these benches are formed to hold trial at the High Court Division from 10.30 am of October 29, 2023," the notification said.
