DHAKA, Nov 2, 2023 (BSS) – The prize distribution ceremony of the 22nd edition of children's drawing competition titled "Dreamland China" was held at the music and dance auditorium of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy here on Thursday.

Yue Liwen, Cultural and education Counselor of Embassy of China in Dhaka, was the chief guest and handed over the prizes in the ceremony with Bangladesh-China Friendship Center (BCFC) president ASM Kamal Uddin in the chair.

The winners of the four groups were given attractive prizes including laptops, smart watches, bags with drawing kits, crests, certificates and albums.

Apart from the attractive prizes, twenty five consolation prizes were given in each four groups.

The BCFC, Chinese Embassy in Dhaka, China Media Group (Bangladesh Bureau) and Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy organized the competition.
 
Nearly five hundred contestants took part in the competition in four groups.

The competition was held on October 8 last at Chitrashala Plaza of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy.
