HONG KONG, Nov. 19, 2023 (BSS/Xinhua) - An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.9 jolted Mariana Islands at 04:01:37 GMT on Sunday, the GFZ German Research Center for Geosciences said.

 The epicenter, with a depth of 591.1 km, was initially determined to be at 18.83 degrees north latitude and 145.32 degrees east longitude.
