CHATTOGRAM, Nov 24, 2023 (BSS) - Information and Broadcasting Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of journalist MA Qureshi Shelu.

 He was 56.
 
MA Qureshi Shelu, a permanent member of the Rangunia Press Club, died of a cardiac arrest at his residence on Thursday night.

He left behind his mother, wife, a son, a daughter, relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death.

In the condolence message, the minister said MA Qureshi Shelu was an honest and courageous journalist.

He prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
 
Besides, leaders of Rangunia Press Club also expressed deep sorrow over the death of their colleague and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
