DHAKA, Nov 30, 2023(BSS) - Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has sought nomination for DMP Crime Reporters' Award-2023 which will be given to crime reporters evaluating and encouraging their professional success and dedication towards the profession.

Crime reporters who published investigative and explanatory or analytical reports on DMP's various achievements, successes, operations and public service, were urged by DMP to take part in the 'DMP Crime Reporters Award-2023' nomination process, a press release said.

Interested journalists can apply for the nominations by sending their reports to the Commissioner, Dhaka Metropolitan Police, Dhaka, directly, by courier or via e-mail at Media and Public Relations, Dhaka Metropolitan Police, Dhaka by December 7, 2023.

DMP will give awards in three categories which are Best Crime Reporter (Print Media), Best Crime Reporter (Electronic Media) and Best Crime Reporter (Online Media).

Besides, one more award titled 'Best Woman Crime Reporter award will be given separately. The winners will get certificates, crests and cash.
