DHAKA, Jan 5, 2024 (BSS) - The Election Commission (EC) today said various media are presenting a news report that the commission has stopped polling to Gaibandha-5 constituency which is not correct.

A press release signed by EC director (Public Relations) Shariful Alam this evening said actually the EC didn't take any such decision to stop polling to this constituency.

The EC urged the voters not to be confused over the wrong news.
