DHAKA, Jan 6, 2024 (BSS) - Chief of Army Staff General SM Shafiuddin Ahmed

today inspected activities of army personnel deployed in Cox'S Bazar area for
assisting the civil administration under 'In Aid to Civil Power' on the
occasion of the 12th parliamentary polls.

During his visit, he exchanged views with members of Bangladesh Army and
instructed them for performing their duties properly, an Inter-Services
Public Relations (ISPR) press release said.

Senior officials of Bangladesh Army, among others, were present on the
occasion, the release added.
