DHAKA, Jan 31, 2024 (BSS) – The Information Commission Bangladesh (ICB) today
warned a Livestock officer of Charghat upazila of Rajshahi for not providing
information requested under the Right to Information (RTI) Act.
 
The Commission also ordered to inform his higher authorities about this warning.

Chief Information Commissioner (CIC) Dr Abdul Malek and Commissioners
Shahidul Alam Jhinuk and Masuda Bhatti gave this order after hearing of the
concerned parties, a press release said.

Apart from this, seven other complaints were also settled through the hearing in
Information Commission Bangladesh.
