DHAKA, Jan 31, 2024 (BSS) – Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB)
recovered one Kilogram (KG) of crystal meth also known as ice worth about Taka five crore
from Kutibari border area of Satkhira in Khulna early today.

Acting on a tip-off, a BGB patrol team challenged a passerby in the area around
1.00 am. The man however, ran away sensing BGB’s presence leaving a bag
containing the crystal meth (ice) behind, a BGB press release said.

A case under the Narcotics Control Act has been filed in this regard with Kolaroa
Thana, the release added.
