DHAKA, Feb 15, 2024 (BSS) - BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and its standing committee member Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury were freed from Dhaka Central Jail in Keraniganj this afternoon, a day after they secured bail in a case filed over the vandalism of the chief justice's residence.

Party leaders and activists welcomed them at the jail gate.
