DHAKA, Feb 28, 2024 (BSS) - The renowned 'Fish International Fair Bremen 2024' has commenced, showcasing the latest innovations and trends in the fishing industry.
With 320 exhibitors from 27 nations occupying 10,300 square meters of exhibition space, the fair has once again proven to be the premier meeting point for industry professionals worldwide.
This year's fair runs from February 25 to 27, 2024 in Bremen, Germany, offering a platform for unparalleled networking and collaboration opportunities within the global fishing sector.
This year, Bangladesh proudly presents three prominent companies at the event: Deep Sea Fishers Ltd., M.U. Sea Foods Ltd., and Cattleya A seafood Tale.
Under the supervision of the Bangladesh Embassy in Berlin, these companies are poised to highlight the nation's growing presence in the global seafood market.
Inaugurating the Bangladesh pavilion today, on February 25, 2024, Md Mosharraf Hossain Bhuiyan, Ambassador of Bangladesh in Germany, expressed his optimism about the country's participation, stating, "Bangladesh's presence at Fish International signifies our commitment to expanding our footprint in the global seafood industry, showcasing our high-quality products to international buyers."
Md. Saiful Islam, Minister (Commercial), who is coordinating the entire program, emphasized the importance of such participation, stating, "Our presence at Fish International underscores Bangladesh's potential in the global seafood market, fostering valuable connections and trade opportunities."
