DHAKA, March 2, 2024 (BSS) - Md Alamgir Hossain Khan of The Daily Ittefaq and Moshtaq Ahmed of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) were elected president and secretary general of Bangladesh Federal Union of Newspaper Press Workers (BFUNPW) today.

They were elected for the year 2024-2026 at its biennial meeting held at the Economic Reporters' Forum (ERF) auditorium here, a press release said.
