DHAKA, March 10, 2024(BSS) - The 9th BCS Forum has elected its new executive committee for 2024-2025 with Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, Md Tofazzel Hossain Miah as President and Shoaeb Ahmed as Secretary General.

The forum’s fresh and full committee was elected in its bi-annual general meeting here on January 26, a press release of the forum said today.

The meeting elected five vice-presidents who are: Mohammad Zainul Bari, Md Mohsin, Miz Sahan Ara Banu, Md Nurul Amin and Md Shahjahan.

Md Fasiullah and Md Zakia Sultana were elected as Joint Secretaries General while Md Abdul Mokaddem was made Treasurer in the committee.

Md Hannan Miah has been made Sports Secretary while Shyamal Chandra Karmakar became Cultural Secretary.

The committee also elected Nripendra Chandra Debnath as Publicity and Publication Secretary, KM Tariqul Islam as Office Secretary and Dulal Krishna Saha as Social Welfare Secretary.
