DHAKA, March 14, 2024 (BSS) - Former Convener of Bangladesh Chhatra League, BUET unit and former Awami League (AL) Science and Technology sub-committee member Engineer Md Shahadat Hossain (Shelley) died at a hospital here in the afternoon.

He was 71.

Engineer Shelley left behind wife, three daughters and a host of relatives and admirers to mourn his death.

Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Engineer Shahadat Hossain.

In a condolence message, the AL general secretary prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
