DHAKA, March 18, 2024 (BSS) - Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) have arrested 20 members of teen gang, locally called 'Kishor Gang', in the city last night.

The arrestees were identified as Md Yasin Arafat,18, Rashed Hazari, 22, Md Rasel Islam, 19, Md Tamim Mia, 20, Ratul Hasan, 18, Mominul Islam Hriday, 21, Md Rakib, 20, Saiful Islam Siam, 19, Ashiqul Islam Swadhin, 19, Md. Faisal Hossain Rabbi, 20, Md. Naeem, 19, Md. Hasan Ahmed Anik, 20, Md. Aminul Islam, 19, Rafin, 18, Md. Al Amin, 18, Raniuzzaman, 20, Md. Rakib, 20, Mohan Mia, 22, Md. Naeem Mia, 20 and Nahid ,18.

Acting on a tip-off, a team of RAB-3 conducted separate drives in Kadamtali and Hatirjheel police station areas in the city and arrested them between 7pm and 10pm on Sunday, Staff Officer (Media) of RAB-3 ASP Md. Shamim Hossain told BSS today.

RAB seized One chapati, one shabol, three daggers, one hasua, five knives, two khurs, two hexa blades, 25 puria ganja, 6 mobiles and cash taka 4,540 from their possession.
