DHAKA, March 21, 2024 (BSS) – Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Huq today urged children to build themselves by being imbued with the ideology of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

“You have to build yourselves on the ideology of Bangabandhu. If you want to take Bangladesh to the peak of development and build yourself following the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Bangabandhu would be happy even in his grave,” the law minister said while addressing a discussion marking the 104th birth anniversary of Bangabandhu and National Children’s Day at Sarkari Shishu Paribar in the capital's Tejgaon this afternoon.

The law minister said Bangabandhu led many movements to free the country. He led movements for freedom for people’s rights, from a very young age, and he had to suffer behind bars many times for these, Anisul added.

Law and Justice Division Secretary Md Golam Sarwar, Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Division Secretary Dr Hafiz Ahmed Chowdhury, and joint secretary Bikash Kumar Saha were present on the occasion, among others.
