DHAKA, April 7, 2024 (BSS) - Khulna Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal Judge (District Judge) Dilruba Sultana breathed her last this morning at a hospital in Khulna this morning.

 She was suffering from cancer for long.
 
Hailed from Alamdanga upazila of Chuadanga district, Dilruba Sultana left behind her husband, a son, a daughter and a host of relatives and well wishers to mourn her death, an official release said.
 
Dilruba Sultana will be buried at Goalkhali Graveyard in Khalishpur, Khulna following a namaz-e-janaza after Asr prayers. 
 
Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Huq expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Dilruba Sultana. 
 
In a message of condolence, the law minister prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed his sympathy to the bereaved family. 
 
Law and Justice Division Secretary Md Golam Sarwar in a separate message of condoled the death of Dilruba Sultana.
