DHAKA, April 8, 2024 (BSS) - State Minister for Labour and Employment Md. Nazrul Islam Chowdhury today distributed financial aid cheques for Taka 16.72 crore among 3,860 people.

He distributed the checks at Nurul Quader Auditorium of BGMEA Complex in city's Uttara area.

The state minister said, so far, 32,686 people engaged in export-oriented industries including injured and death workers as well as their children of fire victims has been given Taka 255.14 crore by the Labour and Employment Ministry.
