DHAKA, April 8, 2024 (BSS) - Awami League Joint General Secretary and Dhaka-8 lawmaker AFM Bahauddin Nasim today said BNP-Jamaat clique is trying in different ways to instigate terrorists in hill tracts area.

"It is BNP-Jamaat's matter whether they will consider the robbers as foreign force. But we will consider them as robbers and terrorists. They will be brought to book by any means," he said.

Nasim was addressing an Eid gift distribution ceremony at Shantibagh High School in the capital.

He said BNP wants to turn independent and sovereign Bangladesh into a failed state. They want to destroy the spirit and values of the Liberation War, he said.

The evil BNP-Jamaat force wants to obstacle the development works of the government led by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to take the country backward, he said.
