CHATTOGRAM, May 12, 2024 (BSS) - A total of 1,20,087 students came out
successful in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations under
Chattogram Education Board (CEB) this year with increasing the percentage of
pass and the decreased the number of GPA-5 scorers.

According to results published today, the pass rate in the board is 82.80.

Professor AMM Mujibur Rahman, CEB Controller of Examinations, told BSS
that this year, 1,45,590 students from 1,125 educational institutions under the
CEB took part in the SSC examination at 219 centers. Of them, one lakh 20
thousand 87 student came out successful.

 Mujibur Rahman said 10,823 students got GPA-5 in SSC examination under
CEB this year.

Last year, 11,450 student got GPA-5.

Only 7.46 percent of the total students who appeared in the examination obtained
GPA-5, the source added.
