DHAKA, Sept 29, 2021 (BSS) - The Supreme Court (SC) administration has ordered the lower courts to hand down important orders and judgments in an open court in presence of parties and lawyers concerned.

Registrar of the High Court Division Md. Golam Rabbani issued a notice in this regard today.

In the notice he said this order has been given to maintain accountability and transparency in the activities of the lower courts. All judges of the lower court have been asked to follow the order.
