DHAKA, July 27, 2024 (BSS) - Awami League (AL) General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader today said the attackers want to destroy all achievements of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
 
He was talking to reporters after visiting damaged Setu Bhaban in city's Banani.
 
Quader said the footage of vandals has been provided to the law enforcers. They went to attack the Padma Bridge for two times and they want to destroy all achievements of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, he said.
 
He said the Prime Minister feels pain seeing theses destructions. The general students never carried out those violent activities. BNP and Jamaat depended on the quota reform movement, he added.
 
About metro rail, Quader said general people are now suffering a lot. It is unknown when the metro rail will resume operation, he added.
