RAJSHAHI, Aug 8, 2024 (BSS)- Prof Golam Sabbir Sattar has reportedly resigned as Vice-chancellor (VC) of Rajshahi University (RU) today showing his personal ground.

He told the local journalists that he had already sent his resignation letter to the President's Secretary around 3.15 pm.

Besides, RU Pro-VCs Prof Sultan-Ul-Islam and Prof Humayun Kabir resigned from their respective posts today.
 
Reports of resignation of Students Adviser Prof Jahangir Alam Saud, Administrator of Public Relation Prof Pradip Kumar Pandey and 12-member proctorial body, including Proctor Prof Asabul Haque, also reached here.

Registrar Prof Tariqul Islam received the resignation letters.
