DHAKA, Aug 25, 2024 (BSS) - President Mohammed Shahabuddin today extended heartiest congratulations to the national cricket team of Bangladesh for its historic Test win against Pakistan.

In a congratulatory message, the President greeted the players, coaches and staff of the national cricket team for their victory.
 
The visiting Bangladesh team won its first Test match in a two-match series by 10 wickets against Pakistan at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium in Pakistan.

The trend of Bangladesh's victory would continue in future, the Head of the State hoped.

President Shahabuddin also wished continued success of Bangladesh team in the days to come.
