DHAKA, Aug 27, 2024 (BSS) - Officials and employees of the Ministry of Public Administration have donated money equivalent to their one-day salary to the Chief Adviser's Relief and Welfare Fund for the flood-affected people.

Senior Secretary Mohammad Mezbah Uddin Chowdhury said this today at the ministry here, according to a ministry press release.

"The Public Administration Ministry is always pledge-bound to provide humanitarian assistance for the welfare of the people across the country", said the secretary. 

He also called upon all to stay beside the people of the flood affected areas from their respective sides.
