DHAKA, August 28, 2024 (BSS) - A Dhaka court today gave an order to seize income tax files of Bangladesh Bank's former deputy governor Sitangshu Kumar Sur Chowdhury, his wife Suporna Sur Chowdhury and daughter Nandita Sur Chowdhury.

Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Mohammed Ash Shams Joglul Hossain gave the order following a petition of Anti-Corruption Commission.

ACC Public Prosecutor Mahmud Hossain Jahangir confirmed it.
