DHAKA, Oct 3, 2021 (BSS) - Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Awami League (AL) publicity and publication affairs sub-committee member Gias Uddin Ahmed.

  In a condolence message, the Prime Minister prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.

  Gias Uddin died at a hospital in the city today at the age of 55. 

  He is survived by his wife, two daughters and a host of relatives and admirers.
